What is Trak's warranty and return policy?


If you have any questions about your Trak System please consult our FAQs and Troubleshooting Guide for assistance.  If you still need guidance, please contact customer support at support@trakfertility.com or by phone at 888.241.2476

We warrant to the original purchaser that the Trak Engine will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from trakfertility.com or an authorized seller.  This warranty is non-transferrable.  If you submit a warranty claim before the end of the warranty period and your Engine verifiably fails the warranty, we will replace your Engine free of charge.

Please contact Customer Support to initiate the return authorization for a defective Engine; Engines cannot be returned without prior authorization.


Return Policy 

We are unable to accept returned product other than for the Engine replacement described in the Warranty section.
